1. Each TIO member (2010-2011) is entitled to have a TIO System Point Card for points collection. Members can collect 5 Life Style (LS) yellow stickers and 5 Professional Development (PD) blue stickers to enter the year end prize draw at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in March 2011. Prizes are gift certificates of $100 value.

2. All stickers for points need to be initialed as well as dated or signed with event name by a TIO Board of Directors (BOD).

3. TIO BODs may not sign his or her own stickers for points.

4. After completing the card, please contact any TIO BOD to enter the card to the year end prize draw at our Annual General Meeting in March 2011.
